摘要
预应力锚索结构广泛应用于边坡与基坑工程,其弹性模量的测定对工程安全性起着至关重要的作用。结合预应力锚索的施工工艺,探讨多束钢绞线在预应力锚索施工过程中的工程等效弹性模量。利用微机静载锚固试验系统,通过室内试验,进行了不同束数(2~6束)钢绞线应力应变关系的测定分析,结果表明:不预张拉下钢绞线的弹性模量一般低于预张拉下的弹性模量;随着钢绞线束数的增加,其弹性模量呈线性衰减规律。研究成果对预应力锚索设计及验收均有较强的理论与工程指导意义。
The prestressed anchor structure is widely used in the excavation and slope engineering,and its elastic modulus plays a very important role in engineering safety.Combined with the construction technology of prestressed anchor,the engineering equivalent elastic modulus of multi-beam steel strand is investigated.The stress-strain relationship of different bundle strands (2~6 bundle)is measured and analyzed using test system of static load an-chorage in laboratory.The results show that the elastic modulus of steel strand under the condition of non-preten-tion is lower than that after pretention and the law of linear attenuation is followed with the increase of the number of bundle.It will provide a great guiding significance for anchorage cable design and acceptance.
