摘要
牵引电费是电气化铁路运输企业向供电部门支付的一笔能源费用,做好电费的统计分析和管理工作尤为重要,将会创造不可估量的价值,并取得双赢的结果。通过对牵引电费计费方式研究发现,普速线的变压器安装容量较小且线路较为繁忙,基本电费所占比例较小,大多不适合按最大需量计费方式;高铁变电所变压器安装容量较大且运行初期列车密度小,基本适合按最大需量法计费,每月每变电所可节约70多万元。2013年3月开始启动京广高铁、石太客专牵引电费计费方式变更工作,截止2013年8月已节省基本电费1 362万元。
The traction power rate is the electricity cost that the electrified railway transport enterprises need to pay the electricity industry. So it is particularly important to do a good job in statistical analysis and management of this electric power so that a considerable value can be created and a win-win result can be achieved. It was discovered in research on different electric charging modes that the transformers installed on general-speed lines are irrelevant to the most desired way of charging with the capacity too small and the lines busy while the transformers installed in the high-speed traction substations are fit for the most desired way of charging, with the capaci- ty big enough and the early train operation density small, thus each substation can save up to 700,000 yuan every month. The charging mode has been changed on the Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway and the Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan passenger railway since March, 2013, and by August, 2013, about 13,620,000 yuan has been saved.
