摘要
阐述货车承载鞍检测对滚动轴承正常使用的重要性,介绍对承载鞍工作面尺寸检测技术设备进行研究的过程,提出新型承载鞍自动检测设备的检测原理和方法,介绍自动检测设备的结构组成和样机试制、整机运行试验检测和结果,提出对该设备技术的推广应用及有关建议等。
In this article, we discuss the importance of truck＇s hearing saddle detection on normal use of rolling bearing, and introduce the progress of research on the equipment, which is used for detecting the hearing saddle＇s size of working face, then the new automatic testing equipment＇s principle and method for the truck＇s bearing saddle are proposed, finally the structure of automatic testing equipment, prototype trial--manufacture, equipment＇s running test and corresponding results are presented. In addition, the promotion, application and some suggestions of the equipment and technology are put forward.
