摘要
针对天津海河教育园区水资源稀缺、城市建设土方量大、绿化率高、水体面积大等特点,文章从水量平衡、水位调控、防涝蓄水、水质保持、水系循环等层面,阐述了园区雨洪生态水系统的构建思路,切实符合构建"低碳城市"的理念,具有很好的推广应用价值。
