摘要
对郑州市某拟建大楼深基坑支护结构的桩顶水平位移、深层水平位移、锚索轴力及周边建筑物沉降变形等进行跟踪监测,分析其变化情况.结果表明:桩顶水平位移随着基坑开挖,总趋势是逐渐增大,其大小受桩顶荷载影响明显,靠近基坑转角处的监测点,其水平位移发展快;在冠梁处的深层水平位移发展得慢,到后期,深层水平位移曲线图发展成"两头小,中间大"的鼓腹状形态;锚索轴力在张拉锁定后短时间内发生较大的预应力损失,锚索轴力有些波动,达到最大值后基本保持恒定;建筑物沉降随着基坑深度的逐渐增加而不断增大,表现出"慢—快—慢,小—大—小"台阶式的变化规律.由监测结果可知,该工程的支护方案效果良好,满足设计和环境的要求.
Based on monitoring a deep foundation pit in Zhengzhou through deformation monitoring method, the analysis on the horizon-tal displacement of pile top, deep horizontal displacement, anchor axial force and settlement of surrounding buildings is carried out. The results show that with excavation of the foundation pit, the general trend of the horizontal displacement of pile top is gradually in-creasing. Its size is influenced by the pile top load significantly. The horizontal displacement of monitoring points near corner of pit de-velops rapidly; the deep horizontal displacement of the foundation pit with a top beam generally develops slowly. To the late, the curve of deep horizontal displacement develops into a ‘ small at both ends and big in the middle' puff-like shape; the anchor axial force has a greater prestress loss in a short time after the tensioning lock. It has some fluctuations and keeps constant after reaching the maxi-mum. The settlement of surrounding buildings increases with the increasing of excavation depth, and shows a ‘ slow - fast - slow, small - big - small' terraced change rule. The results of the monitoring confirm the design of the supporting structure for the project is effec-tive and meets the requirements of both design and environment.
