摘要
通过仿真对油阻尼脱扣器的动作特性进行了研究。仿真结合了Emag和Fluent数值计算软件,考虑了电磁力、油液阻力和弹簧力对铁心的作用。推导了铁心运动方程,验证了仿真方法的可行性。最后讨论了铁心油杯间隙和油液黏度对铁心运动的影响,并进行了试验验证。
This paper studied the performance movement characteristics of oil dashpot release using the software Emag and Fluent, considering the effect of the electromagnetic force, the oil resistance and spring force. The core motion equation was deduced. The feasibility of the simulation method was verified. The influences of the distance between core and oil cup, and oil viscosity on the performance characteristics were researched. At last, the experiment was carried out.
