摘要
"孟中印缅经济走廊"作为南方丝绸之路的一部分,完全可以延伸到沿线相关国家,中国有必要与相关国家合作,共同建设一条"南方丝绸之路经济带",并与习近平主席提出的"(北方)丝绸之路经济带"和"海上丝绸之路经济带"一道,共同组成并正式确立中国全方位的"丝绸之路经济带"国家大战略。四川拥有其他省区无法替代的诸多优势,特别是作为南方丝绸之路起点和西部大开发战略的重要省份,四川理应在建设南方丝绸之路经济带的过程中抢占先机,发挥积极的作用。
Coinciding with part of the historical Southern Silk Road,the BCIM Economic Belt can be extended to all the related countries.China needs to work with the involved countries to jointly build a new Southern Silk Road Economic Belt,to combine it with a Northern Silk Road Economic Belt and a Maritime Silk Road Economic Belt proposed by President Xi Jinping,and eventually achieve a comprehensive'grand strategy of the Silk Road economic belt'.The authors suggest that Southwest province of Sichuan enjoys various advantages in achieving this ambitious goal and has remarkable potential to play the role of a powerhouse.
