摘要
针对不同的采集终端设计方案,深入研究了可用于智能电网建设的用电信息采集系统现场诊断方法,提出了基于脉冲输入单元和精密时基源的秒脉冲增量统计扩大算法,研制了便携可移动的现场诊断系统,开发了用于该测试系统的自动测试软件。该系统可以根据测试方案提供可控的现场环境参数,在改变对现场采集终端输入量的基础上,对现场采集终端的输出量和通信内容进行分析。试验结果表明,测试系统能够准确分析现场采集终端的功能性能指标,满足系统设计要求。
According to the design scheme of different data acquire acquisition system site diagnosis method used for construction terminal, this paper studies electric energy data of smart grid, and presents the second pulse incremental statistical expanding algorithm based on the pulse input unit and a precision timing source, developed a site diagnosis system of portable mobile, and automatic test software used in the test system. The system can provide controllable on-site environment parameters according to the test plan, change the input to the on-site data acquire terminal, analyze the communication content and output. The test results show that the test system can accurately measure the working parameters of data acquire terminal, and meet the system design requirements.
