摘要
建立了一套薄膜实时演变分析系统 ,激发金属膜的表面等离激元谱 ,采用Kretschmann模式 ,通过激光扫描技术、电子检测技术和计算机技术相结合组成的薄膜实时演变分析系统 ,无须配置复杂的机械运动部分 ,从而减少误差的来源和手工操作 ,具有很高的自动化程度 ,实现了数据采集和处理的实时性 .
A system for real time evolution and analysis of ultra thin films has been set up, which uses Kretschmann configuration. The system that has no moving parts includes optical system, CCD light intensity testing system and data collection and handling of microcomputer. The system can test interaction between the film (it includes metal film, dielectric film, bio molecular film) and outside at the level of molecules in real time, dynamics, nondestruction and in situ. It has been playing a very important role in the field of ultra thin films, especially bio molecular films.
