摘要
1例59岁老年女性患者,因原发性胆汁性肝硬化入院期间,出现呼吸道感染,遂静脉滴注左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液500mg Qd,用药1天后左脚踝处内侧出现沿跟腱走向的一段长约8cm长条状红肿带且伴疼痛,下肢血管超声提示双侧小腿肌间静脉多发扩张,左足正侧位X线片未见异常,患者否认外伤史,综合分析,考虑与左氧氟沙星有关,遵医嘱立即停药,嘱患者卧床休息,局部热敷,给予对症治疗,截止出院,患者左踝水肿减轻,疼痛好转。此例病例提醒广大临床医生,对左氧氟沙星引起的肌腱炎应给予足够的认识,做到合理用药,减少不良反应的发生。
A 59 year female patient with primary biliary cirrhosis was admitted to hospital. She got respiratory infection and was administered intravenous infusion of levofloxacin 500mg Qd. One day after the treatment, her left ankle tendon appeared a swelling and redness area about 8cm in length with pain. Bilateral lower extremity vascular ultrasound indicated multiple expansion of calf muscle veins; left foot lateral X-ray was normal. The patient denied trauma histroy, levofloxacin was considered the cause and was discontinued immediately. The patient had bed rest, topical heat and other symptomatic treatment. Up to discharge, the patient left ankle edema was relieved. This case reminds clinician aware of levofloxacin＆#39;s adverse reaction like tendinitis and pay more attention to it in medical treatment.
