不锈钢薄板脉冲激光焊工艺气孔的产生机理及防止措施 被引量:2

Production mechanism and prevention measurements of the technical porosity in stainless steel sheet impulsed laser welding

摘要 采用不同的工艺参数对SUS304不锈钢薄板进行脉冲激光焊,使用金相显微镜和扫描电镜观察焊缝的金相组织、气孔形貌,并对接头进行拉伸试验和微观硬度测试。结果表明:不锈钢薄板激光脉冲焊一般不产生冶金气孔,不当的焊接工艺可能产生不规则的和圆锥形两种尺寸较大的工艺气孔,严重降低接头成形质量;适当提高脉冲频率和增大脉宽可以有效提高焊缝质量,当脉冲频率为14Hz,脉宽为3 ms时,焊缝气孔可基本消除。 The SUS304 stainless steel sheet impulsed laser welding was carried out in different process parameters,the metallurgical structure and porosity morphology of welding seam was observed by the Optical Microscope(OM)and Scanning Electron Microscopy( SEM), and then the tensile examination and microhardness testing were performed. The results showed that there was no metallurgical porosity in the SUS304 stainless steel sheet impulsed laser welding processing. If the welding process was not suitable, the irregular and conic porosity would be produced.It could weaken the welding quality. The welding quality would be improved by enlarging pulse frequency and pulse width. The porosity would be cancellated when the pulse frequency was 14 Hz and pulse width was 3 ms.
