打印头铁芯基座温挤压成形过程数值模拟

摘要 运用Deform-3D软件对铁芯基座零件的温挤压成形过程进行了数值模拟分析,探讨了坯料的变形行为和成形特征,研究了温挤压成形过程中坯料的应力分布、应变分布、载荷计算、金属材料流动规律和成形缺陷预测,为该类零件的成形工艺及模具的设计提供依据。 The warm extrusion process of icon core base was numerically simulated with Deform-3D software. The forming behavior and forming characteristic of the deformation materials were discussed. The stress distribution, strain distribution, load calculation, material flowing law and forming defects prediction of the deformation materials were studied during the warm extrusion process, which provides a basis for the forming process and die design of this kinds of parts.
