摘要
陈达灿教授在运用岭南特色药物治疗皮肤病方面有着独到见解,其中化食消积用独脚金;滋养胃阴用有瓜石斛;健脾理气用芒果核、素馨花;祛湿用溪黄草、布渣叶、鸡骨草;益气扶正用五指毛桃;凉血祛风用石上柏、毛冬青、肿节风;收敛止汗用糯稻根;消炎止痒外用海金沙草,在辨证论治基础上配合岭南特色药物治疗皮肤病取得较好的疗效。
Professor CHEN Da-can has a unique perspective in the treatment of dermatology by using herbs from Lingnan region in China. The principle of the treatment includes promoting digestion to remove food stagnation by using Striga asiatica （Dujiaojin）, nourishing stomach yin by using Ephemerantha bifida （Ridley） Hunt et Summerh （Yougua Shihu）, strengthening spleen and regulating qi by using Mangifera indica L （Mangguobe） and Jasminum grandiflorum （Suxinbua）, dampness-dispelling by using Rabdosia serra （Xihuangcao）, Microcos paniculata Linn （Buzhaye） and Abrus cantoniensis （Jigucao）, boosting and reinforcing the healthy qi by using Ficus hirta yahl （Wuzhi Maotao）, cooling the blood and dispelling wind by using Selaginella doederleinii Hicron （Shishangbai）, IlexpubescensHook.etAm （Maodongqing） and Herba Sarcandrae （Zhongjiefeng）, astringent and sweat-constraining by using Oryza sativa L-var-glutin^sa Marsum （Nuodaogen）, Diminishing inflammation to stop itching by using Herba Lygodii （Haijin Shacao）. Prof. CHEN Da-can achieved good therapeutic effect by using herbs from Lingnan region based on the syndrome differentiation and treatment.
