摘要
信息化是当代人类创造的最活跃的生产力 ,信息化程度的高低已成为衡量一个国家现代化水平和综合国力的重要标志。本文主要分析了信息化的含义 ,从而提出了一些衡量信息化的标准。并进一步分析了我国的信息现状和水平 ,指出了具体存在的问题。同时 ,提出了我国信息化发展应采取的发展战略和信息化进程中应采取的一些方针意见。
Information is the most active productivity of modern age and the extent of informatizition has become a important sign of weighting the modernization level and comprehensive national power This paper mainly analyses the meaning of and the standard of informatizition,then further analyses the current status of informatizition and some existing problems,finally puts forward some suggestions on the development strategy and informatizition process
