摘要
目的:应用超声技术观察太极拳锻炼对原发性高血压患者肱动脉内皮功能的影响。方法:选择原发性高血压患者40例,分成太极拳组(HTC,n=24)、高血压对照组(HP,n=16),另选年龄、性别匹配的健康个体为正常对照组(NP,n=16)。HTC组进行12周24式简化太极拳练习(60min/day,6days/week)。在0、6、12周检测受试者的血糖、血脂、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP),以及肱动脉内皮依赖性血管舒张(EDD)和内皮非依赖性血管舒张功能(EID)。结果:太极拳锻炼前,HTC组和HP组SBP、DBP显著高于NP组,但EDD显著低于NP组(P<0.05),EID无显著差异。6周、12周太极拳锻炼后HTC组SBP、DBP较锻炼前显著降低,并显著低于HP组;EDD显著高于锻炼前,并显著高于HP组(P<0.05);但锻炼前后EID无显著变化。结论:太极拳锻炼可改善高血压患者受损的内皮依赖性血管舒张功能,但对内皮非依赖性舒张功能没有影响。
Objective: To evaluate the effects of Tai Jiquan on endothelial function in patients with hypertension using high-frequency ultrasound. Methods: EH patients were assigned to the Tai Chi exercise group (HTC, n= 24), and hypertension group (HP, n= 16). Healthy volunteers matched for age and gender were recruited as control (NP, n= 16). HTC group performed Tai Chi (60 min/d,6 d/week) for 12 weeks. All subjects underwent assessment of blood glucose,lipid profile, SBP, DBP and brachial endothelial-dependent (EDD) and endothelial-independent vasodilation (EID)at week 0,6,12. Results: At week 0,the SBP.DBP in HTC and HP were significantly higher than that in the healthy subjects (P^0. 05), but EDD was significantly lower(P%0. 05), and no significant difference was found in Eli). At week 6,12,SBP and DBP in HTC were more significantly decreased than week 0,and lower than that of HP, and EDD more significantly increased,and higher than that of HP. No significant differences of EID were found be- tween week 0,week 6 and week 12. Conclusions: Tai Jiquan can do improve the endothelial dependent vasodilation function,but not endothelial independent vasodilation function,in essential hypertension.
