高效氯氰菊酯在苜蓿和土壤中的残留及消解动态 被引量:11

Final Residues and Degradation Dynamics of Beta-cypermethrin in Alfalfa and Soil

摘要 为了评价高效氯氰菊酯在苜蓿和土壤中的残留动态情况,2008-2009年在云南和北京进行了4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油在苜蓿和土壤中的消解动态及最终残留试验,样品经乙腈提取,浓缩净化后,用气相色谱仪带电子捕获检测器检测,外标法定量.结果表明,高效氯氰菊酯在苜蓿和土壤中的平均回收率分别为88.8%~100.7%和90.4%~96.6%;相对标准偏差分别为2.5%~5.2%和3.0%~3.7%,符合残留分析要求.消解动态结果表明,高效氯氰菊酯在苜蓿中比在土壤中消解快,其消解半衰期在苜蓿和主壤中分别为4.2 ~6.O和8.4~11.2 d.最终残留试验结果表明,4.5%高效氯氰菊醣乳油按最高推荐施药剂量27 ga.i./hm2及最高推荐施药剂量的1.5倍40.5 g a.i./hm2施药1~2次,最后1次施药距采收间隔期分别为7、14和21 d,收获的苜蓿中高效氯氰菊酯残留量均低于5 mg/kg.高效氯氰菊酯属于易降解农药,4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油按推荐剂量施药1~2次,采收间隔期7d,在苜蓿上使用是安全的. In order to study the residue dynamics of beta-cypermethrin in the alfalfa and soit,the tests of degradation dynamics and final residue for 4.5 % beta-cypermethrin EC were conducted in Yunnan and Beijing during 2008-2009.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile,concentrated and deaned up,determined by GC with ECD and external standard method.The average recoveries of beta-cypermethrin in the alfalfa and soil were 88.8 %-100.7 % and 90.4 %-96.6 %,the relative standard deviation were 2.5 %-5.2 % and 3.0 %-3.7 %.This method was satisfied for pesticide residue analysis.The degradation dynamics test showed that the beta-cypermethrin was more rapidly degraed in the alfalfa than that in the soil,and the degradation half-life of beta-cypermethrin in the alfalfa and soil was 4.2-6.0 d and 8.4-11.2 d.The two-year experiment also showed that when the alfalfa was sprayed with the 4.5 % beta-cypermethrin EC at the dose of 27 and 40.5 g a.i./lm2 for 1 to 2 times and the last application was done in the interval of 7 d,14 d and 21 d before harvesting,the residue of beta-cypermethrin in the harvested alfalfa was lower than 5 mg/kg.The beta-cypermethrin belonged to the pesticide that was easy to be degraded,4.5 % beta-cypennedrin EC was safe in alfalfa at recommended dose.
