涉农专业大学生专业认同感现状及影响因素分析 被引量:9

Specialty Identity Sense of Agricultural-Related Majors: Status-quo and Influencing Factors

摘要 采用问卷调查和访谈的方法,从认知性、情感性、行为性、适切性四个心理维度对华中农业大学涉农专业的200名大学生的专业认同状况进行实证研究。结果表明,涉农专业大学生的专业认同感不高。涉农专业大学生的专业认同感主要受到选择专业的缘由、专业课程设置、实习次数、学习兴趣、专业的社会重要性判断、就业前景预期的影响。 The research was conducted on 200 agricultural-related majors in Huazhong Agricultural University by means of questionnaires and interviews. Specialty identity sense is measured in four mental dimensions: cognition, emotionality, behavior and fitness. As is demonstrated, the specialty identity sense of agricultural-related majors is fairly pessimistic. Specialty identity is primarily dominated by the following factors, namely, the reasons to choose their specialty, the set-up of curriculum, the numbers of the internships, the interests in learning, the judgment on the significance of specialty, and the expectations for employment. In order to improve specialty identity sense of agricultural-related majors, methods were proposed in three dimensions: college students' dimension, school dimension and society dimension.
