摘要
采用问卷调查和访谈的方法,从认知性、情感性、行为性、适切性四个心理维度对华中农业大学涉农专业的200名大学生的专业认同状况进行实证研究。结果表明,涉农专业大学生的专业认同感不高。涉农专业大学生的专业认同感主要受到选择专业的缘由、专业课程设置、实习次数、学习兴趣、专业的社会重要性判断、就业前景预期的影响。
The research was conducted on 200 agricultural-related majors in Huazhong Agricultural University by means of questionnaires and interviews. Specialty identity sense is measured in four mental dimensions： cognition, emotionality, behavior and fitness. As is demonstrated, the specialty identity sense of agricultural-related majors is fairly pessimistic. Specialty identity is primarily dominated by the following factors, namely, the reasons to choose their specialty, the set-up of curriculum, the numbers of the internships, the interests in learning, the judgment on the significance of specialty, and the expectations for employment. In order to improve specialty identity sense of agricultural-related majors, methods were proposed in three dimensions： college students＇ dimension, school dimension and society dimension.
