摘要
以秸秆和玉米叶为吸油材料,分别经50,100,150,200℃热处理后,进行模拟溢油吸附实验,确定不同温度下热改性材料的吸油能力。实验结果表明:热改性后的农作物材料对原油的饱和吸附时间较短,当温度低于100℃时,热改性后材料对原油的饱和吸附时间为5 min,随着温度的增加,饱和吸附时间减小,在温度达到150℃和200℃时,材料对原油的饱和吸附时间缩短到4 min和3 min。秸秆对原油的平衡吸附量随着温度的升高而增加,但当热处理温度达到200℃时,其对原油的平衡吸附量反而下降。不同温度热改性后的玉米叶对原油的平衡吸附量基本一致。
Straw and corn leaf were collected as the oil absorption materials.They were modified by heating at 50,100,150,200℃ in Muffle furnace to measure oil absorption under different temperatures.The results demonstrated that the saturated absorption time of thermal modified crops was short,and it was 5 min below 100℃.With the increase of temperature,the saturated adsorption time decreased.When the temperature was 150℃ and 200℃ their adsorption time were respectively cut to 4 min and 3 min.The equilibrium adsorption capacity of thermal modified straw on the oil increased along with the temperature increase.But when the temperature reached 200℃,its equilibrium adsorption capacity dropped.The equilibrium adsorption capacity of thermal modified corn leaf on oil was the same at different temperatures.
