基于高职教师压力管理的EAP策略分析与模式构建

摘要 随着高职教育的快速发展,高职教师正面临着来自自身、学校、家庭和社会较大的职业压力。高职教师的职业压力已经深刻影响和改变着高职教学质量的整体提升,亟需通过有效方法缓解高职教师的职业压力。通过借鉴EAP管理模式,构建适合高职教育发展特点的高职教师EAP策略,是一种简便而有效的方法。 With the booming development of Chinese higher education and continuous enlargement of enrolment scale , vocational teachers are confronting professional pressures from themselves , col-leges, families and societies.Such stress has deeply affected and changed the overall improvement of vocational teaching qualities , requiring effective approaches to relieve vocational teachers'pro-fessional tension .By utilizing EAP managing mode to construct EAP vocational teachers'strategies adapting to characteristics of vocational development prove a simple and valid approach .
