摘要
为了降低火力发电厂氮氧化物排放,在省煤器与空气预热器之间装设SCR脱硝系统,可实现80%的脱硝效率.而脱硝催化剂入口必须保证烟气温度在310~420℃之间如何实现锅炉在全负荷范围内满足SCR系统的运行要求是今年部分电厂遇到的难题,将省煤器分级布置是解决该问题的有效途径之一,本文详细阐述了省煤器分级的技术方案.
SCR system is the best equipment to reduce the Nox emission which is located between e- conomizer and airheater. It can achieve the efficiency more than 80%. Because the catalyzer of SCR can work normally only when the gas temperature is between 310 ℃ and 420 ℃ ,so it is very diffi- cult that SCR system can operate at low load for lower gas temperature. The two stage economizer is the way to increase the gas temperature at SCR inlet in order to extend the load range of SCR opera- tion. The paper described the scheme of two stage economizer detail.
