摘要
通过对宁波市现有控制网资料的分析,提出了将现行宁波市独立坐标系改造为基于CGCS2000椭球的城市独立坐标系的方案,该方案全面考虑了坐标系统的覆盖问题、投影变形分布特点、与现有成果之间的差异以及成果转换的问题,有利于实现旧成果资料向新成果资料的转换,从而有利于新坐标系的推广应用。
Analyzing the existing control net data ,this paper proposed a strategy which transforms the Ningbo Inde-pendent Coordinate System to an urban coordinate system based on the CGCS 2000 Ellipsoid.Considering the coordinate system covering problem ,the distortion of projection ,the differences between the new coordinates and the existing and the coordinate transformation ,the research fruits can be well-applied for coordinate transformation .
