摘要
研究了固溶处理温度范围 ,时效温度和时间 ,形变热处理的预冷加工率对CuNi5Sn5合金的抗拉强度、延伸率和导电率的影响。表明在 40 0℃以下有低温退火强化现象 ,在 5 0 0℃左右出现中温脆化。CuNi5Sn5合金在 80 0~ 95 0℃固溶处理和形变热处理可使导电率由10 %提高到 13%IACS ,试验表明本合金退火温度范围在 6 0 0~ 70 0℃之间 ,时效温度和时间分别为 40 0℃、2h ,时效前的冷加工率应在 77%以上 。
The influence pattern of solid solution treatment ,ageing treatment,pre cold rolling rate and heat treatment on the tensile strength, elongation and electric condition of CuNi 5Sn 5 alloy was studied.The result showed that the alloy was annealing hardened below 400 ℃ and middle temperature annealing brittle about 500℃ .CuNi 5Sn 5 was solid solution treatment at 850~950 ℃.And then deforming heat treatment made electric conductivity up to 13% IACS,but only 10%IACS after deformation hardening.The annealing temperature ranged from 600 ℃ to 700 ℃,and only under the ageing condition of 400 ℃,2 hour and the cold deformation ratio before ageing above 77%,the good synthesize properties would be obtained.
