摘要
本文首次在制度层面研究构建了一个专门衡量和描述科技金融发展状况的统计指标体系,即科技金融统计体系,并对其中科技融资总量指标的科学性、合理性进行了检验。文中从对科技金融统计的界定着手,从整个金融体系对科技(主要是科技活动单位)的资金支持角度,搭建了一个宽口径、多维度的衡量体系,通过总量规模和结构信息的并行测度,更为全面、客观、真实地反映了科技金融发展状况。
The paper builds firstly a special statistical system for measuring and describing sci-tech finance development at the institutional level, namely Statistical System for Sci-Tech Finance. Beginning with the definition of the sci-tech finance statistics, the paper sets up a wide scope, multidimensional measurement system from the perspective of the financial system' s money supply to sci-tech landscape(mainly scientific enterprises and institutions).Through using the parallel measure of total amount and structure information, we get a more comprehensive, objective and true picture of the sci-tech finance development condition in Jiangsu orovince.
