经黏膜下隧道内镜肿瘤切除术治疗食管下段间质瘤

摘要
1病例介绍 患者女，66岁，半年前无明显诱因下出现剑突下阻塞感，伴反酸．上腹隐痛，食后尤甚，无恶心、呕吐、烧心、胸痛、吞咽困难、呕血黑便。于2011-12-20入我院经胃镜及超声胃镜检查示：黏膜下1．5cm×0．7cm大小肿物，固有肌层来源。入院诊断：食管下段问质瘤。
