盆腔肿瘤放疗的肠道不良反应和剂量体积的影响因素与控制 被引量:9

摘要 随着放疗设备和放疗技术不断发展,现代放疗已进入精确定位、精确计划和精确治疗的“三精”时代[1]。近年来,在宫颈癌、直肠癌和膀胱癌等盆腔肿瘤放疗中,调强放射治疗(IMRT)和自适应放射治疗(ART)等精确放疗技术较常规放疗在保护危及器官(OAR)方面具有明显优势,因而在临床上得到广泛应用。但盆腔肿瘤局部剂量的进一步提高仍受小肠等OAR受照剂量和体积的限制。因此,盆腔放疗中采用何种方法更好地保护小肠等器官,成为国内外学者研究和争论的热点。本文对盆腔肿瘤放疗中影响肠道受照剂量和体积的几种方法进行综述。
