摘要
注浆作为一种专业性较强的技术,在水利等工程的建设中发挥着越来越重要的作用。但是注浆技术目前还普遍存在着理论研究滞后于工程需要的现象,亟须对注浆理论及浆液扩散规律等进一步深入研究。通过设计试验,将拌和水泥浆用的自来水加热并插入温度传感器的方法,来探究水泥浆液在砂砾石层中的扩散过程和形态。试验结果表明,浆液扩散过程中其时间t与扩散半径R呈较好的三次函数关系,这与Magg公式基本一致。所做试验没有任何假定,因此所得结果比Magg公式更进一步准确地反映了浆液的扩散形态。
As a very professional technology,grouting is playing a more and more important role in water conservancy projects and other constructions.However,grouting theory research lags behind engineering requirements,which needs to be further studied.Tests,which adopts methods to heat the water mixing the cement and to insert sensors,are designed to study the diffusion process and diffusion pattern of the cement slurry.Test results indicate that there are three times of function between time t and diffusion radius R in the diffusion process,which coheres with Magg formula.There is no hypothesis in this paper,compared to Magg formula,the result reflects the diffusion process and pattern of the slurry more accurately.
