摘要
目的了解北京市顺义区近年来性传播疾病（sTDs）发病趋势及流行特征，为开展辖区性病预防与控制提供科学依据。方法对2004—2012年北京市各级医疗机构报告的顺义区性病疫情信息进行流行病学分析。结果2004-2012年共报告STDs2800例，男1627例，女1173例，男女比为1．39：1，年龄集中在20-39岁组（70．03％）。年均报告发病率为38．53／10万，报告发病率由高到低依次为尖锐湿疣（16．54／10万）、梅毒（10．31／10万）、淋病（6．14／10万）、生殖道沙眼衣原体感染（2．70／10万）、HIV感染（1．39／10万）、生殖器疱疹（1．11／10万）、艾滋病（0．34／10万）。结论性病疫情整体呈上升趋势，但自2010年起开始下降；尖锐湿疣成为性病发病首位病种，和梅毒共同影响顺义区性病整体走势；近年来HIV及AIDS病例报告在我区从无到有，升高趋势明显。
Objective The objective of this study was to describe the epidemic characteristics and trends of sexually transmitted diseases （STD） in Shunyi district of Beijing in recent years and to provide scientific basis for STD prevention and control. Methods Database of reported STD cases in Shunyi district from 2004 to 2012 were analyzed. Results Total 2 800 STD cases were reported in Shunyi district from 2004 to 2012. Of the reported cases 1 627 were males, and 1 173 were females. The ratio of males to females was 1.39： 1, and 70. 03% of the reported STD cases were aged 20 ~ 39 years. The average incidence rate of overall STD was 38.53 per 100 thousand per year. The average specific incidence rate of condyloma acuminatum, syphilis, gonorrhea, genital chlamydia trachomatis infection, HIV infection, genital herpes, AIDS ware 16.54, 10. 31,6. 14,2. 70,1.39,1.11 and 0. 34 per 100 thousand per year, respectively. Conclusion While the incidence of sexually transmitted diseases has risen in the overall, but began to decline since 2010. The num- ber of condyloma acuminatum ranks the frist disease. Condyloma acuminatum and syphilis influenced the in- cidence trend of STDs. HIV and AIDS were reported and increased significantly in Shunyi district.
