摘要
针对当前特种车辆综合电子测试需求,对设计一种车载CAN总线数据存储设备进行研究,从而实现对车辆运行状态总线信息进行采集存储,达到事后分析车辆总线及相关电子设备综合性能的目的;在设计方法上采用SD卡作为存储介质,借鉴了国外先进总线记录仪的设计理念并根据实际应用进行改进创新,最终实现CAN总线记录处理功能;设备具有体积结构小、数据存量大及使用方便的特点;该设备的研制,为车辆综合电子信息的采集提供了重要测试手段,为车辆综合性能评估提供有力数据支持。
In view of the current measurement requirement of intrgrated electronic for special vehicles, make a research on designing CAN bus data storage device to record the CAN bus information when the vehicle is running, in order to analysis the performance of ECU on the vehicle later, it store data with SD card , use the experience of other countries for reference, have a improvement and innovate based on the objective reality, it come true in the ultimate, which have little size but big capacity, and esay to use. This device can provide an impor- tant way to get integrated electronic information, Which will give a lot of valuable data for vehicle＇ s ability estimate.
