摘要
本文立足我国奶业生产方式转变和产业转型升级关键时期,以2007—2011年东北内蒙古产区、西部产区、华北产区、南方产区和大城市周边产区等地区的奶牛存栏及其比重、牛奶产量及其比重为基础,研究我国不同奶业发展区域的特征及变化情况,为深入研究奶业发展布局和规律,引导科学发展,指导奶业政策制定、项目修订等提供参考。
The author has mainly analysed dairy herds and its proportion, milk yield and its proportion in five different dairy regions of China： Inner Mongolia-northeast regions, western areas, northern areas, southern region, and the surrounding regions of the big city, during the period of transformation and upgrading form 2007 to 2011, and has deeply studyed on the characteristics and changes of different regional dairy development in China, then this paper will offer more reference to further research on regional dairy development, dairy situation and policy planning.
