摘要
电磁发射过程初期,C形电枢与轨道之间的恰当过盈配合,是电枢和轨道保持良好的金属-金属接触,同时提供充足的接触压力确保正常发射而不发生转捩的必要条件。为对电磁发射矩形炮膛用一体化C形电枢结构进行优化设计,基于电枢与轨道的过盈配合对电枢选取了各种不同的结构参数,利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS,进行了发射初期不同结构参数下的电枢与轨道之间的2维过盈装配仿真计算,获得了结构参数变化对C形电枢轨道初始接触特性的影响规律。选取较优的仿真结果,加工制造出相对应结构参数的C形电枢进行电磁轨道炮发射试验,试验表明电枢发射性能良好。针对同一结构电枢,进行2种不同方式的过盈装配仿真计算,发现紧固式装配与填塞式装配获得的初始接触特性极为相近,与实际发射试验相一致。
In the early stage of electromagnetic launch, a proper interference fit between the trailing arm of C-shaped armature and rail sustains a good metal-metal contact between them by providing sufficient contact force and hence pre- vents transition. In order to obtain optimized structural design of monolithic C-shaped armatures for rectangular-bore railguns, we designed structures of armatures by the interference fit model. By using ABAQUS, we conducted 2-D simu- lation calculations of assembling armature and rail with interference between them with different armature structures, and acquired some laws of the initial contact characteristics. Moreover, based on the simulation results, some C-shaped arma- tures were manufactured with the preferable parameters and then were tested in launching experiments. The experimental results showed that the armatures performed well. Additionally, according to the simulations, the armatures of the same structure have quite similar initial contact characteristics when they are assembled in two different ways, namely the ramming type and fastening type. This conclusion is consistent with the experiment launches.
