摘要
目的:了解辖区内医院护理人员对输血质量管理知识的认知程度。方法:通过开展输血质量管理及输血资质评审督导,派专家针对性辅导培训,分别对评审辅导前/后考核情况进行统计分析。结果:评审辅导前医院护理人员掌握输血质量管理相关知识平均正确率74.03%,与医院级别无关(P>0.05),与参与辅导培训有关,评审辅导后,医院护理人员输血质量管理相关知识有很大幅度提高,平均正确率为96.29%,与辅导前比较,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。培训辅导前/后合格人数比较两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:护理人员对输血质量管理相关知识的掌握程度深浅与所在医院级别无关,与培训辅导有关;输血质量管理及资质评审督导对医院护理人员输血质量管理相关知识的掌握有促进作用,对输血技术水平的提高有推动作用。
Objective：To comprehend the cognitive level of knowledge of quality management of nursing staff in Liuzhou hospitals . Method ： Through the development of transfusion quality management and review guidance of transfusion qualification, to send experts to the review counseling and training, statistical analysis was done on the appraisal of the situation before and after the guidance. Result：The mean correct rate of knowledge of transfusion is 74.03% before the review guidance of transfusion qualification, are related to the training and coaching and are cleared of the level of hospital（P〉0.05）. The mean correct rate of knowledge of transfusion is 96.29% after the review guidance of transfusion qualification. Compared with the guidance, the difference was statistically signifi- cant （P^0.01）. Both of eligible number have statistical significance before and after the guidance（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The knowledge of quality management of blood transfusion of nursing staff are related to the training and coaching, are cleared of the level of hospital. The work of transfusion quality management and review guidance of transfusion qualification can promote nursing staff to master the knowledge of quality management of blood transfusion and enhance the technical level of blood transfusion.
