摘要
社会工作作为一门助人的专业,具有介入灾难管理的经验与优势。其中,资源体系的开发与整合,以及对弱势人群的关怀是社会工作者最被期待的两大任务。需求评估者、资源整合与链接者、个案管理者、心理支持者、社区组织者则是社会工作者在灾难服务中最常扮演的角色。随着灾害动态周期变化过程,上述的角色和任务亦有所变化。因此社会工作者通过了解灾害管理的动态周期过程,掌握不同阶段社会工作者被期待的角色和功能,以及每个阶段功能发挥的强弱趋势,有利于制定整体性、系统性和持续性的服务计划。
The social work profession has long historically been involved with disaster relief. Two most expected missions of the social work profession includes development and linkages service systems, and concernvulnerable populations. The most common roles of social worker in the disaster service include needs assessment, resource integration, case managers, mental supporters, and community organizers. But thoseroles change with the disaster dynamic cycle. In order to play holistic, systematic and continuous serviceschemes, social workers should understand the dynamic cycle of disaster management, the different rolesand the strength-weak functions trend of social workers at each stage of disaster.
