摘要
本文围绕加速建立现代企业制度、采用科学的管理手段、加强原则设计和技术方案的制定、正确对待测绘高新技术的发展、切实加强城市基础测绘工作五个方面探讨了城市测绘生产跨世纪的管理问题。
The paper approaches to five aspects about the across-century management of urban S/M production, including establishing the modern enterprise system , adopting the scientific management methods, enhancing the principled designs and laying down the technical programs, correctly dealing with the development of S/M new and high technologies, and conscien- tiously strenghtening the urban S/M work.
