摘要
用AFM观察到心肌DNA片段上的某些活性基因在体外表达过程中 ,由多种mR NA分别和特定蛋白结合形成的线型链状复合体 ,多种mRNA复合体中LDHmRNA能体外翻译出乳酸脱氢酶同工酶。AFM还观察到用心肌制备的nmRNA分别与某些特定蛋白结合形成的线型链状复合体 ,nmRNA复合体中LDHmRNA能体外翻译出乳酸脱氢酶同工酶。
It was observed that cinear chain linked complexes formed by many kind of mRNAs and specific proteins respectively during transcription in vitro of DNA fragments by AFM. The multi mRNAs complex can be translated into proteins such as LDH in vitro. and it was also detected that n mRNA linear chain linked complexes formed by mRNA molecules and some specific proteins prepared from mouse heart tissue. The n mRNA complexes also can be translated into LDH and other prteins in vitro. A hopeful prospect of researching the biological reactions of active DNA genes during transcription in vitro by AFM can be prospected.
