摘要
以QTZ5613塔式起重机为研究对象,利用ANSYS软件建了有限元模型,对塔式起重机的有限元模型进行了静力分析,详细分析了设计载荷工况的选择与计算,并对塔机的结构建模、载荷处理及稳定性分析过程做了探讨和分析。其分析结果基本符合实际当中对塔机的要求。
With QTZ5613 tower crane as the research object, by using ANSYS software to build the finite element model, the finite element model of tower crane has carried on the static analysis, selection and calculation of design load cases are analyzed in detail. And the results were compared with QTZ5613 tower crane design specification, the results are basically in agreement with the analysis of actual requirements of tower crane. With the rapid development of the represented by ANSYS finite element software, the analysis process provides a good tool for us.
