摘要
通过对研究弹性梁受负载变化时机械波传播机理及实验分析 ,提出利用稳态正弦波和瞬态激振方法测取弹性梁的动态特性参数 ,依据振动频率变化情况来进行料位高度测量的方法 ,并设计了一种单片机智能料位测量系统。
The mechanic wave spreading mechanism of elastic stick was analyzed in laboratory.Under the stable sin instigate and impulse instigate ,a relationship between the dynastic characteristic (intrinsic frequency) of beam and load was derived .So we can infer the load height by the stick vibration frequency .In the last,a measurement system of Single Chip Microcomputer was designed.
