摘要
采用静态自蔓延高温合成法 (SHS)在钢件表面形成陶瓷涂层 .涂层的相组成主要是 Al2 O3+ α Fe+少量 Fe3Al;涂层由两层组成 ,外层为近乎纯 Al2 O3陶瓷层 ,过渡层为 αFe+ Al2 O3金属 -陶瓷层 ,两层组织皆为长轴近似垂直于钢件表面的柱状晶 ;
Ceramic coating with wear resistance and corrosion resistance was formed on steel by self propagating combustion method. The ceramic coating consists of Al 2O 3,α Fe and little Fe 3Al. It includes two layers:the outer is nearly pure Al 2O 3 ceramic layer,the inner is α Fe+Al 2O 3 metal and ceramic compound layer. The grains are long and parallel with each other and nearly perpendicular to the surface of the sample. And the bonding strength between matrix and coating is excellent.
