摘要
根据微晶玻璃的基础组成 ,以菱镁矿渣和大同砂为主要原料 ,从晶格匹配、最低共熔点、成型等方面确定MgO Al2 O3 SiO2 系玻璃主成分和选择晶核剂·用差热分析、X射线衍射、扫描电镜和偏光显微镜观测等手段 ,优选晶核剂 ,研究了以TiO2 和Cr2 O3为晶核剂的微晶玻璃的晶化速率、晶相组成和微观结构 ,晶化结果表明 :添加合适晶核剂将形成中间相 ,通过中间相诱导析晶 ,主晶相为堇青石 ;复合晶核剂可提高晶化速率 。
According to chemical composition of the glass ceramics,the formula for glass mixture and the nucleating agent were studied based on lattice constant,low melting point. The waste of magnesite and the Datong sand were utilized as the main raw materials. The influences of the composition on crystalization of the MgO Al 2O 3 SiO 2 system glass ceramics with TiO 2 and Cr 2O 3 as nucleating agent were examined by means of DTA,X Ray and polarizing microscope and SEM. The results show that the composite nucleating agents added promote the crystallization at a lower temperature by forming an intermediate crystal phase,and the predominant crystal phase is cordierite.
