摘要
以水稻Ds转基因后代的种子为抗性筛选材料 ,建立了种子浸润发芽的抗性检测方法 ,研究表明以 34 0~ 4 50mg·L- 1Basta浓度 ,浸润处理时间以 4 8h较为适宜 ;通过抗性检测方法的比较 ,该方法具有简便、快速、正确、成本低等优点 。
We have developed a method of resistance assaying for the progeny of transgenic plants in rice. By regulation of technical operation on seed germination, seeds were treated with Basta at different concentrations as the buds had just showed. The results show that the best concentrations of Basta are 340~450 mg·L -1 and the best treatment time was 48h. Based on the comparison of resistance assaying methods, the present method is simple, efficient and practical for testing massive progenies of transgenic plants in rice.
