摘要
针对3GPP基本要求和移动通信的发展趋势,设计一种应用软件无线电技术的多模移动通信射频前端电路方案。在软件无线电思想下进行射频前端电路方案的对比分析,完成对射频前端的滤波器、混频器、放大器、AD/DA等模块设计,并对电路进行SI仿真及PCB设计实现,严格按照3GPP技术要求测试射频模块的各项指标。结果表明,相位噪声小、转换灵敏度高,满足设计要求。
Based on the requirements of the 3GPP and mobile communication trends, the RF frontend of multi mode mobile communication which applies software radio technology is designed. Firstly, the RF frontend circuit scheme is analyzed under the idea of software radio and the design of the RF frontend filter, mixer, amplifier, and AD / DA module is completed. At the same time, the circuit SI simulation and PCB design and implementation are completed. RF module indicator is strictly tested in accordance of 3 GPP technical requirements. The results show that the phase noise figure and high conversion sensitivity meet the design requirements.
