摘要
由于生物质油成分的复杂性,很难验证生物质油催化加氢中的反应基理和反应过程。通过正交实验分析的方法,选用生物质油中含量比较高的邻甲氧基苯酚作为模型化合物,并选用5%含量的Pd/C作为催化剂,对生物质油的模型化合物进行了催化加氢试验研究。结果表明邻甲氧基苯酚催化加氢主要产物为环烯醇和环已醇以及芳香酮,在本实验最佳反应条件下,其转化率达到70%,同时明确了两条反应机理。此结果为进一步研究生物质油的催化加氢反应机理提供基础。
Due to the complexity of the biomass oil composition, it is difficult to verify the reaction mechanism and processes of the catalytic hydrogenation of biomass oil. In the present paper, the orthogonal experiment method is employed to investigate the catalytic hydrogenation for the chemical model compound of biomass oil. The o-me- thoxyphenol is used as the chemical model compound for high content in biomass oil and the Pd/C of 5% content is used as the catalyst. The results addressed that the main products of the catalytic hydrogenation were cyclic enol, cyclohexanol and aromatic ketone; the convert ratio of the reaction reached 70%. Simultaneously, the two kinds of reaction mechanisms were understood. The investigation results will offer a foundation for the further research of the catalytic hydrogenation of biomass oil.
