摘要
水利工程河道管理急需改变"重建轻管"的现状。论文从管理现状及护岸损坏成因分析河道管理的缺陷,为同类工程管理方式提供参考。
In aspect of the river management of hydraulic engineering, it＇s necessary to change the situation of ＂more building, less management＂. In this paper, based on the situations and causes, the author makes a careful analysis of the weaknesses of the river management, which will be a good example for the similar engineering management.
