镁铝复合氧化物制备及其丙酮缩聚制异佛尔酮反应研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用共沉淀法制备了一系列不同镁铝比的镁铝复合氧化物催化剂,通过XRD、BET和Py-IR等分析手段对催化剂进行了分析,并在连续流动常压固定床微反装置上研究了镁铝复合氧化物催化剂对丙酮气相缩聚制异佛尔酮反应的催化性能。结果表明,共沉淀法制得的镁铝复合氧化物催化剂具有较高的比表面积、较大的平均孔径和孔容,其中MA35催化剂是性能最好的镁铝复合氧化物催化剂,在反应温度为250℃、空速为1 h-1、压力为0.1 MPa的条件下,催化剂对丙酮气相缩聚反应的单程转化率为18.8%,异佛尔酮选择性为46.5%。 A series of Mg-AI composite oxide catalysts with different Mg-A1 ratios were prepared by co-precipitation method. XRD, BET,and Py-IR methods were used to analyze the prepared catalysts.In a continuous flow fixed bed micro reactor under atmospheric pressure,the performance of Mg-A1 composite oxide catalysts was investigated for acetone gas phase condensation reaction to produce isophorone.Resutts showed that the prepared Mg-A1 composite oxides catalysts had higher surface area, and larger average pore and volume;the MA35 catalyst showed the best performance.Under the conditions of reaction temperature of 250 ℃, space velocity of 1 h-1, and 0.1 MPa pressure, the once-through conversion rate of acetone was up to 18.8%, and isophorone selectivity was 46.5% in the acetone gas phase condensation reaction.
