摘要
作为中国改革顶层设计者的执政党,提出市场在资源配置中具有决定性作用,一方面表现出对市场经济的理论认识非常彻底,另一方面也提出了更高发展水平的市场体制目标。我们现在的体制状况——政府主导型市场经济,距离这个目标还有较大差距。继续改革的核心问题与难题,都在于怎样处理好政府和市场的关系,未来面临的许多改革任务还相当艰巨。
As the top-level designer of China＇s reform, the ruling political party, proposes the decisive role of market in resource distribution, which reflects CPC has a clear understanding of market economy and also makes higher development objective. However, our present system, i.e. government-dominated market economy, leaves much to improve. The key and tough problem lies in how to deal with the relationship of government and market. The future reform will still be quite troublesome.
