摘要
借鉴波特的"钻石模型",结合产业特征构建影响因子模型,并选择22个具体指标,通过主成分分析、相关分析等实证研究方法对我国公共部门信息增值产业的影响因素进行定量分析。研究结果表明,影响我国公共部门信息增值利用产业发展的关键因素是生产要素、需求条件、相关与支持产业、行业竞争和政府政策。其中,以生产要素的作用力最大;而政府政策不仅可以直接推动产业发展,还通过生产要素、行业竞争等要素产生间接影响。
With the help of ＇ diamond model＇ and analysis of industry characteristics, the article establishes an influential factor model for the development of PSI value - added exploitation industry. Then 23 specific observed variables are chosen to make a quantitative analysis of key factors influencing the development of China＇ s PSI value - added exploitation indus- try. The results show that these key factors include factor conditions, demand conditions, related and supporting industry, rivalry and government, in which ＇ factor conditions＇ have the greatest influence. In addition to the direct influence on the industrial development, government policy can also generate the indirect influence by affecting factor conditions＇ and ＇ rivalry＇
