摘要
目的探讨对妇科肿瘤患者实施优质护理服务的效果,提高肿瘤患者的生活质量。方法选取2012年6月至2013年6月期间收治的240例妇科肿瘤患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组120例,对照组患者采用常规护理模式,试验组患者在常规护理模式的基础上,进行全程优质护理干预模式。结果试验组患者术后并发症的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组和对照组患者的疾病进展(PD)率分别为5.0%和19.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依照临床妇科肿瘤患者的个性化差异,采取合理、有效的护患沟通模式和相关技巧,实施全程优质护理,可提高肿瘤患者临床疗效,同时,对提高患者对妇科肿瘤护理工作的满意度有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the gynecological cancer patients quality care effect, to im- prove the quality of life of cancer patients significance.
