摘要 目的探讨血栓弹力图(TEG)对肿瘤化疗后重度血小板(PLT)减少患者出血倾向的预测价值。方法选取2012年10月至2013年10月间的80例肿瘤化疗后重度PLT减少患者(PLT<20×109/L),根据出血倾向,将其分为出血组(62例)和非出血组(18例)。对两组患者年龄、PLT、TEG参数和凝血指标进行检测和比较。结果与非出血组相比,出血组患者PLT和MA均明显减少(P<0.05),并且PLT、MA降低与出血倾向呈负相关。结论 TEG能够预测重度PLT减少患者的出血倾向,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the predictive value of thromboelastography (TEG) on bleeding tendency of patients with severe thrombocytopenia after tumor chemotherapy. Methods The 80 patients with severe thrombocytopenia after tumor chemotherapy (PLT 〈 20 × 109/L) in our hospital during the peri- od from Oct 2012 to Oct 2013 were randomized into the bleeding group (62 patients) and the non bleeding group ( 18 patients) according to the bleeding tendency. The age, PLT, TEG parameters, and blood coagu- lation index were measured and compared. Results Compared with the non bleeding group, the values of PLT and MA were significantly reduced, P 〈 0. 05. The reduction of PLT and MA were negative correlation with bleeding tendency. Conclusion The thromboelastography can predict the bleeding tendecy of patients with severe thrombocytopenia and is worthy of clinical application.
