摘要
目的观察施今墨对药、吕景山对穴组方治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效。方法将78例颈源性头痛患者随机分为两组,其中对照组38例,采用常规针刺治疗;治疗组40例,采用施今墨对药、吕景山对穴组方治疗。3个疗程后统计疗效。结果对照组治疗后总有效率为76.3%,治疗组为92.5%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组与治疗组头痛强度评估(PPI)分级治疗前后比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组PPI分级与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论施今墨对药、吕景山对穴组方治疗颈源性头痛,疗效显著,优于常规针刺。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on cervical headache treated with Shi JiM - mo＇s pair herbs and Lv Jing - shaM＇s pair acupoints. Methods Seventy - eight patients of cervical headache were randomized into two groups. In the control group,38 cases were treated with conventional acupuncture. In the treatment group,40 cases were treated with Shi JiM - mo＇s pair herbs and Lv Jing - shaM＇s pair acu- points. The efficacy was analyzed statistically after 3 sessions of treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 76.3 % in the control group and was 92.5 % in the treatment group,indicating the signifi- cant difference in comparison（ P 〈 0.05 ）. PPI grade was different significantly before and after treatment in the two groups（P 〈0.01 ）. PPI grade in the treatment group was different significantly as compared with the control group after treatment（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The therapy of Shi JiM - mo＇s pair herbs and Lv Jing -shaM＇s pair acupoints achieves the significant efficacy on cervical headache, which is superior to the con- ventional acupuncture.
