摘要
目的探讨妇科恶性肿瘤患者化疗前后空腹血糖的变化及其影响因素。方法测定312例妇科恶性肿瘤患者化疗前后空腹血糖并记录临床资料进行比较分析。结果患者经过各周期化疗后空腹血糖值均较化疗前显著升高(P<0.05)。体质量指数(BMI)在化疗前后的变化均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。年龄、肿瘤类型、肿瘤分期、化疗周期、化疗方案、化疗前BMI对化疗前后空腹血糖变化的影响差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妇科恶性肿瘤患者化疗后空腹血糖明显升高,且是综合因素作用结果。
Objective To investigate the changes and affected factors of blood glucose before and after chemotherapy treatment in patients with gynecologic malignant tumor. Methods 312 cases of gynecologic malignant tumor patients were collected. Blood glucose levels in patients and clinical data before and after chemotherapy were analyzed. Results After each cycle of chemotherapy in patients blood glucose was higher than before treatment（P＆lt;0. 05）. There were no significant difference of body mass index （BMI） （P＆gt;0. 05）. Age, tumor type, tumor stage, cycles of chemotherapy, chemotherapy regiment and BMI before chemotherapy had no obvious impacts on blood glucose changes before and after chemotherapy（P＆gt;0. 05）. Conclusion After chemotherapy blood glucose in patients with gynecological malignant tumor was significantly elevated, which was caused by comprehensive factors.
