摘要
从城市管理现状入手,对窨井盖缺失问题进行了探讨,分析了该问题的产生原因,指出要建立健全窨井盖管理制度,加强宣传教育与技术攻关,推广新技术和新型窨井盖的使用,并严厉打击盗销窨井盖的行为,以彻底根治"城市陷阱"。
From the urban management, the paper explores the losses of the covers of sewer well, analyzes reasons for the problem, points out the sound management system over the covers should be established, the education and technical research be publicized, and new technique and products be promoted, and the stealing and sales of the covered should be eliminated, so as to heal the traps in cities.
